Registration Step

  1. Participants input details and select the type of participant in the registration form at https://cbic-icim2025.mfu.ac.th/register.
  2. For Submissions:
    2.1 Register and login to the submission system at https://cbic-icim2025.mfu.ac.th/submission and submit your abstract or full paper. Pleases see also submission guideline https://cbic-icim2025.mfu.ac.th/abstract-and-paper-submission.
    2.2 The submission committee will review your abstract or full paper.
    2.3 Once review is complete. The submission committee will send you the abstract or full paper acceptance email.
    2.4 You may proceed to your payment via the instructions in the abstract acceptance email.
  3. For No Submission:
    3.1 The registration committee will send you the registration completion email.
    3.2 You may proceed to your payment via the instructions in the registration completion email.
  4. Once payment of the registration fee is completed. You will receive your participant ID and completion notification email

Additional Information

  • Workshop – Details will be announced later, and a separate workshop selection form will be sent to all participants via email.
  • Continuing Education (CE) Scores - Once the Organizing Committee has confirmed the validity of the CE scores from the respective professional councils, details will be announced later. A separate email to collect the Professional ID and credentials will be sent afterward.
  • Online participant will not receive the conference package and cannot participate in the workshop.
